Youth Rangers

Wye Valley Youth Rangers is an activity based group aimed at young people aged 14-18yrs run by staff from the Wye Valley AONB unit based in Monmouth.

The activities take place on a Saturday once a month.

We explore the landscape of the Wye Valley together, make new friends and get to try out new skills.

The activities are varied, from wildlife survey, to kayak paddle skills, drystone walling and film making.

We are recruiting a new group in September 2017 to follow the 2 year programme that leads to the John Muir Award.
